Tech TLDR: The Universal Protocol Layer for Service Marketplaces

TalentLayer breaks down the silos that fragment liquidity

When platforms and end users leverage TalentLayer’s work transaction layer, it becomes possible to have hiring relationships between users anywhere; regardless of the platform or interface, they are using. This enables workers and hirers to find each other more efficiently.

Enabling New Ways of Working

Pooling of users and jobs at a lower level also enables completely new types of platforms; ones that are designed to serve only one side of the hirer-worker relationship. This includes self-hosted platforms directly managed by an individual. This is now possible because a platform designed, for example, just for workers, can now query in hirers and their job posts posted by other platforms. By lowering the barrier to entry to creating and bootstrapping a platform, TalentLayer enables micro-platforms to be created; serving niche groups.
